Shipping Policy
Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time, Mon–Fri) are processed the same working day whenever possible.
- Large/bulk orders may require additional handling time.
- Pre-orders are dispatched on or after the official release date.
Packaging
- All products are securely packaged (bubble mailers, boxes, protective wrap) to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
UK Delivery Options
- Royal Mail 24 (Tracked) – Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days.
- Royal Mail 48 (Tracked) – Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days. (Included free with orders over £75)
- Courier Services (e.g. DHL) – 1–2 working days, fully tracked.
Note: Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
- Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked (3–5 working days*)
- Rest of World: Royal Mail International Tracked (5–7 working days*)
- Larger orders may be shipped via a courier.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These must be paid to your local customs authority before delivery can be completed.
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, unpaid customs fees, or non-collection, we will issue a refund after deducting only the direct shipping, return, and any handling/administration fees charged by the courier.
Tracking & Responsibility
- Tracking details are provided for all tracked services.
- For non-tracked services, proof of dispatch is provided. While these services don’t include full tracking, we will always support you in resolving any delivery issues.
- If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us. We will liaise with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Legal Notes
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days from purchase unless a longer timeframe is agreed (e.g. pre orders).
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
