Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protect against misuse such as speculative or automated bot orders.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of up to 5% of the order value, or 10% for high-risk categories (including but not limited to pre-orders, limited releases, or products prone to scalper activity).
  • This fee reflects unavoidable payment processing charges and the administrative overhead of reversing an order.
  • Statutory rights: Under UK law, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund of the item price and standard delivery costs. Where these rights apply, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancellation is due to our error, no fee applies.

 

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition — unused, with original packaging where reasonably possible.
  • We may ask for a quick photo before return to help speed things up, but this is not a requirement for your statutory rights.
  • To start a return, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, the cost of re-shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function (e.g., excessive use or damage), a deduction may be made.
  • This does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Exchanges

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

 

Missing / Delayed Orders

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of the expected date, please notify us immediately.
  • We may ask you to complete a quick form to support an investigation with the courier.

 

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return costs.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for items over £75. While untracked returns remain your right, please note we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of posting.
